Fitness Bootcamp
Group exercise class, either indoors or outdoors, that utilizes a variety of military-style and/or non-military-style exercises and training concepts. This class combines both strength and cardiovascular training to give participants a challenging, but rewarding, full body workout. It incorporates functional fitness, resistance training, and bodyweight exercises in a hight-intensity Interval Training (HITT) format.
